Position Type: Permanent
Position: Copernicus Consultant or Copernicus Country Manager
Salary: OTE: €85K year 1 rising to €125k OTE year 2
We are looking for talented, experienced executives with strong business skills to join Copernicus to work internationally as strategic business advisors, offering practical business advice, skills and support to small and medium sized companies.
In order to be suitable for the role and to meet our rigorous entry standards, there is a four-stage selection process with training provided, culminating in accreditation as Copernicus Consultant.
If you have worked at director level and/or have a minimum of 10 years experience, you could be an ideal candidate.
Copernicus Consultancy roles are best suited to experienced, motivated professionals with a real “can do” attitude. Much of our work comes by way of referrals from our existing clients, from our work with the chambers of commerce, with the international inward investment agencies in our core markets and of course from more than thirty highly developed multiple web sites that we own.
If you fit the description above, then Copernicus can offer you...
Copernicus:
Established in 1999 Copernicus is a unique resource of executive business experience available to UK business owners and directors. Copernicus Consultants, each with their own core skill set, deliver general and specialist business advice to businesses. When an SME client requires a specialist skill outside an associate’s core skill set, that associate draws on the skills of the senior partners. Operating your own practice, typically from home, means that relocation is not necessary and the amount of work that a Consultant takes on is entirely up to the individual which affords the flexibility to work full-time or part-time, as many hours as you wish. To achieve the OTE figures quoted you will require between 8 and 10 clients per annum, and work from a combination of UK generated and international in-bound leads as part of the Copernicus Business Generation structure.
As a first step, please e-mail your CV along with a covering letter setting out why you believe you have the skills, knowledge and drive necessary to be a Copernicus Consultant to hr@copernicus-consulting.com
